Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on this website are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Payment

Payment is accepted via EcoCash, bank transfer, or any WhatsApp-confirmed arrangement. Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received and verified. We do not hold stock without payment.

Order Confirmation

An order is only confirmed once Armor Sole sends a written confirmation via WhatsApp or email. Placing an item in your cart does not constitute a confirmed order.

Delivery

We deliver countrywide across Zimbabwe. Delivery timelines are estimates only — Armor Sole is not liable for delays caused by couriers, road conditions, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery fees are confirmed at the time of order.

All product images on this website are official photography produced by the Guyisa media team and accurately represent the product. Guyisa reserves all rights to these images.

Cancellations

Armor Sole reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Armor Sole, a full refund of any amount paid will be issued within 5 business days.

Exchange & Returns

Our exchange and returns process is governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Armor Sole's liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
